Prince Foundation is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its fourth Chen Zhi Scholarship workshop, which honed in on the pivotal skills of CV and Cover Letter composition.
Guided by the seasoned expertise of Mr. Chhum Sopheara, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist at BR Capital Management, 30 Chen Zhi Scholarship students were enriched with hands-on advice and captivating exercises. These were meticulously crafted to equip them for the fiercely competitive job landscape.
The workshop’s curriculum not only delved into the core components of an impactful CV and cover letter, but also underscored the importance of thorough proofreading and introspective self-assessment.
Tangible exercises allowed students to transition from theory to application, ensuring they departed with actionable skills. The session culminated with strategies for interview readiness, providing an indispensable foundation for all attendees.
A subsequent survey revealed that 99% of students deemed the workshop invaluable, reflecting its relevance in improving the scholars’ future employability.
