On May 27th, Prince Foundation conducted a train-the-trainer workshop on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for My Little Pumpkin International Preschool. Thirteen participants, including special education teachers, teacher assistants, and supporting staff, attended the workshop.

The workshop focused on two essential areas: behavioral management and emotion regulation training for students with ASD. The workshop aimed to enhance the skills and confidence of the teachers to handle challenging behavior and to improve the emotional awareness of the students with ASD.

Led by a representative from the Prince Foundation, the participants gained an understanding of evidence-based techniques and valuable insights into effective strategies that would benefit their students and create a more conducive learning environment.

The workshop received positive feedback from the participants. 100% of the participants expressed that the workshop enhanced their understanding of behavior management for students with ASD. Over 90% of the participants reflected that the workshop equipped them with practical tools to enhance the students’ emotional regulation.
