Prince Holding Group (PHG), a leading business group in Cambodia, recently initiated a career and internship roadshow at Royal University of Phnom Penh’s Department of Media and Communication (DMC), to recruit promising young talent for its Communications team. This move aligns with PHG’s commitment to nurturing the next generation.

Over 30 talented DMC students had the opportunity to engage with PHG representatives. The session’s goal was to pinpoint promising media and communications undergraduates who can bring fresh perspectives to PHG’s varied and forward-thinking business and philanthropic projects.

“We’re committed to creating platforms that allow the next generation to shine. Initiatives like this are crucial in developing talented young Cambodians who will carry the torch in telling positive stories about Cambodia’s potential,” remarked Gabriel Tan, Chief Communications Officer at PHG. “Their enthusiasm and commitment to positively shaping our nation’s trajectory are genuinely commendable,” he continued.

In an engaging Q&A segment, participants demonstrated insightful answers and a sincere enthusiasm for advancing Cambodia’s development.

“This endeavor underscores the importance of sustained interaction between the corporate sector and academic institutions, promoting a vibrant exchange of knowledge and perspectives. By offering our students a direct glimpse into the company’s workings, PHG sets a benchmark for how such partnerships can mold industry-prepared graduates,” stressed Bun Y Ung, Head of DMC.

PHG aspires to continue to recruit and nurture the next generation of young Cambodian talent, steering them to be pivotal players in the Kingdom’s advancement. The Group also steadfastly supports Cambodian talent through the Chen Zhi Scholarship program, sponsored by the Prince Foundation.
