Dr. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister, First Vice President of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA), and President of the 2024 Ottawa Convention (center), chaired the “Private Sector Partnership Towards a Mine-Free World” dialogue during the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention held in Geneva, Switzerland.
