We refer to the announcement by Prince Holding Group on 14 December 2023 regarding a video circulating on the Telegram App and other social media, which falsely purports to be from Prince Holding Group.
Prince Holding Group disavows any connection to the video, which it believes has been created by criminals who wish to impersonate Prince Holding Group in order to leverage on its reputation. Prince Holding Group hereby condemns in the strongest possible terms all form of human trafficking and organised cybercrime. This deceptive conduct not only undermines the integrity of Prince Holding Group, but also poses a significant threat to consumers who may fall victim to fraudulent schemes.
Prince Holding Group has instructed leading international law firm, Duane Morris & Selvam LLP (“Duane Morris & Selvam”), headquartered in Singapore, to advise it on its rights against the individuals responsible for making and circulating this video as well as other individuals who are wrongfully leveraging on the video, and to assist it in reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
